App Issues (bugs, crashes, performance)

Harmovio is distributed through the App Store. If you encounter any technical issues, please use Apple's built-in Report a Problem feature:

  • Open the App Store and go to your profile → Purchased.
  • Find Harmovio, select Report a Problem.
  • Choose the issue type and submit.

This ensures Apple Support and our team can work together to resolve your case.

Subscription and Payment Support

All billing and subscription management for Harmovio is handled directly by Apple.

  • On your device, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions to manage or cancel your plan.
  • For refunds or payment concerns, visit Apple Support.
